The application takes some time to load  (around 20 seconds). It allows you to play Trichess in hotseat mode with your friends. Be sure to read the rule of Trichess to learn about the specificities of this game and especially about the non-agression rule which prevents the game from becoming a diplomatic game. Diplomacy may be useful, but strategy prevails.

Before starting a game, you can indicate your names (Game->Set names or CTRL+J) and even randomly generate the colors (and thus the playing order).

Players move their pieces in turns, the active player being the one with the pieces at the bottom of the board (as his color on the perimeter of the board). During the game, you can undo and redo your moves (Game->Undo or CTRL+Z and Game->Redo or CTRL+Y). You can also save your game into the system clipboard and load a game from it (Game->Save game or CTRL+S and Game->Load game or CTRL+L).

Finally, in order to help you think of your next move and consider the board under all its angles, you can rotate it by clicking on its perimeter and moving the mouse.
